Choking Risk

Multiple randomized controlled trials โ€” including the BLISS (Baby-Led Introduction to Solids) trials from New Zealand โ€” found no significant difference in choking rates between BLW and traditional spoon-feeding, provided developmentally appropriate foods are offered to babies who are ready for solids.
